In 2026, we invite you on three rare journeys into the wild. Follow the path of bisons in Romania in a curated retreat that brings together experience design, nature immersion and wildlife tracking. This is an opportunity for a select group of change-makers to deepen their connection to nature, self & community, ultimately in service of a better tomorrow.

A 3-day intimate gathering where wildlife tracking meets soulcraft and experience design — in the ancient mountains of Ariège, where brown bears move quietly through the silence.
This is not just a gathering. It’s a full-bodied immersion into wild landscapes, creative exploration, and the art of designing experiences that spark impact. Set in bear country, where ancient mountains, misty forests, and hidden valleys still carry the quiet presence of the brown bear, this gathering brings together nature lovers, changemakers, adventurers, and experience designers for something rare: a collective pause to reconnect and reimagine.
Over the course of this journey, we’ll learn to read the land through the eyes of a tracker, rediscover the joy of learning through playful and powerful nature experiences, and open space for peer exchange and reflection. Sprinkled throughout are river swims, movement in nature, shared silence, and evenings of co-created magic. All designed to nourish the body, mind, and creative spirit.
Whether you’re looking to deepen your connection to the wild, spark new inspiration in your work, or begin your own path into Impact Experience Design, this is an invitation to come as you are – and leave with a renewed sense of purpose, presence, and possibility and new allies, cheerleaders and supporters of your impact journey.

Anne is the Global Innovation Lead at WWF and a representative of Order of the Wild (wild.community), a movement dedicated to bringing extraordinary nature experiences to the world.
She has guided groups from CEOs to pupils over the past 10 years and loves weaving individual, group, and nature time.
